Description

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to join our growing, fully-remote team, helping people get incredible video with Camo.

Camo’s customers include individuals and teams around the world who use video to meet, present, create or stream. We’re one of Europe’s 200 fastest growing companies according to the FT, and Camo’s one of the most popular and highly-rated apps on PC, Mac and mobile. Camo’s technology powers the latest & greatest computers, accessories and chips from partners including Razer, HP, Elgato, AMD, Intel, Qualcomm and NVIDIA.

This role is part of the management team and will involve close work with the CEO and founder. We recently split marketing from partnerships & BD, giving latitude to grow the capabilities of the marketing function, taking full ownership of budget, resources, and outcomes. We’re expecting the right candidate to be based in the UK or Europe; while the company is remote, the role will require occasional travel to our London HQ.

Here’s Aidan, Reincubate’s founder, talking about the role.

You will:

  • Own marketing across the full funnel and lifecycle, leveraging your own skills alongside those of a small team and external partners to get results across inbound, conversion & retention
  • Define strategy and execute for organic & paid channels; currently, we have most success with content & SEO, creator partnerships, community, events, social, product marketing, email & PPC
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to influence onboarding, activation, and upgrade moments
  • Know what good looks like; you’ll define and execute against marketing metrics, consistently measuring, reporting, and achieving set goals
  • Use AI and automation actively to move faster and do more

We will:

  • Help you set up and contribute to a productive working environment, wherever you are: delight builds on delight
  • Give you autonomy in your work, we trust you to solve hard problems well
  • Help you settle into your role, manage your responsibilities, and grow as a member of the team: progress comes through sustainable growth
  • Provide a space for you to share your opinions and ideas on any topic; integrity and openness are bedrocks of how we interact with one another and our users
  • Provide excellent benefits: 25 days’ paid vacation, flexible hours, remote work, healthcare, matched pension contribution, home-office, wellness and professional development allowances

You might suit this role if you have:

  • Passion for hands-on execution as part of a small team, paired with the ability to lead
  • 4+ years in growth marketing and demonstrable results to showcase, ideally in a media, lifestyle or creator-oriented field
  • Deep familiarity with self-serve and product-led growth funnels
  • Experience using AI effectively to build & automate, and are actively tinkering with emergent AI tools & techniques for growth and marketing productivity
  • Strong systems thinking: you can build from scratch and design processes that scale and which are data-driven
  • Good judgement and taste: you can prioritise independently and know when something isn’t working and figure out a way to fix it, and have good eye for detail & quality
  • Alignment with our values: creating delight, “it just works”, sustainability, and integrity

You’ll maximise your chances when applying if you:

  • Include a CV that gives us a great idea of who you are and what you’re about
  • Take a little time to look at who we are, and what we’re looking for (see camo.com/about)
  • Share evidence of the sort of things we’re looking for in your cover letter
  • We recommend not using AI to write your application; this often results in similar-looking applications that make it harder to learn about you

We’re a small team and we don’t have the capacity to respond directly to every single application. Believe me, we don’t feel great about that so we want to be upfront about it. We know the hiring process can be tough and we really appreciate everyone who takes the time to apply
